Information on the visit of Georgian Ambassador to Auckland, New Zealand

During 17-20 September, H.E. Mr. Beka Dvali, Ambassador of Georgia to New Zealand (with residence in Canberra), upon invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, held a working visit to Auckland - the largest city and economic hub of New Zealand.

 

Together with the diplomatic corps accredited to New Zealand, Ambassador Dvali had the honour of meeting Mayor of Auckland Mr. Wayne Brown and Councillors – members of Auckland Council. Ambassador also had the opportunity to meet and interact with Mr. Simon Bridges, CEO and the members of Auckland Business Chamber, captains of industry in various sectors and representatives of higher education and science, including, space science. The Diplomatic Study Tour proved efficient for the attending diplomatic corps in familiarizing themselves firsthand with Auckland and New Zealand business potential and in establishing links with some of the key New Zealand companies operating globally.
